Meet Kara P. Sardella, D.M.D.

Dr. Kara Sardella grew up in Downingtown, and is an alumna from Bishop Shanahan High School, Saint Joseph’s University, and Penn Dental Medicine. Dr. Kara graduated summa cum laude at SJU and received The Dean’s Award for the School of Health Studies and Education as well as the Interdisciplinary Health Services Award.

She was inducted into Alpha Epsilon Delta, the pre-professional health honor society, and Alpha Sigma Nu, the honor society for Jesuit education and values. She also was the president of Delta Delta Sigma, the pre-dental society. Dr. Kara graduated magna cum laude at Penn Dental Medicine and developed a passion for general dentistry following the footsteps of her father, Dr. John Sardella.

While at Penn, she had the experience and education on cutting edge technology and plans to enhance her practice at Sardella Family Dentistry. Dr. Kara is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She had her BOTOX®, dermal filler and TMJ therapy training through the AAFE.

Dr. Kara loves spending time with her big Italian family, taking weekend trips to OCNJ, playing golf at Coatesville Country Club, and reading books of all genres. Some fun facts about Dr. Kara are that she is an ordained wedding minister, she cuts hair for her family and friends and turns into a Christmas Elf on November 1st.
